These terms cover two things: (1) your use of this website, and (2) the general terms under which AlphaStack licenses SignalFlow and Trade Boost to business customers (brokers, academies, research analysts and other licensees). Specific commercial terms — pricing, subscriber tiers, SLAs — are set out in each licensee's individual agreement with AlphaStack, which takes precedence over this page where the two conflict.
AlphaStack's software is licensed to businesses (brokers, wealth managers, trading academies, and market participants), not directly to their end subscribers. If you're an end subscriber of a platform built on SignalFlow or Trade Boost, your relationship is with that platform operator, not with AlphaStack directly.
You may use this website to learn about AlphaStack's products and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation or accessing it in ways not permitted by these terms.
Subject to a signed agreement and payment of applicable fees, AlphaStack grants licensees a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SignalFlow and/or Trade Boost to operate their own branded platform for their own end subscribers, for the term of that agreement.
Licensees are responsible for their own regulatory standing — including any applicable SEBI registration — and for the accuracy of any signals, research, or content they publish through the platform. AlphaStack provides the technology layer; it does not generate, verify, or endorse licensee content.
AlphaStack retains all rights, title, and interest in SignalFlow, Trade Boost, and this website, including their underlying code, design, and trademarks. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to a licensee or website visitor.
This website and the general information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Specific service-level commitments, if any, are set out in a licensee's individual agreement rather than on this page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a licensed software relationship is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless a signed agreement with AlphaStack states otherwise.
We may update these terms as our website and products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
